  • Change Management. Evaluation and planning of systems updating processes.
  • Management of incidents. Resolution of interruptions, restoring the operation of the systems in the shortest possible time.
  • Configuration management. Strict control of the assets of the IT infrastructure (SW components, documentation, SLAs, etc.).
  • Security management. Administration of access credentials via VPN, servers, databases, applications or others; monthly evaluation through vulnerability tests; automated monitoring 24/7.
  • Problem Management. Analysis of the root causes of the incidents reported to prevent them from happening again.
